Five Sources of Information

The five key news sources I use are the New York Times, CNN, USA Today, Instagram and Snapchat.

I use the New York Times because I grew up listening to my parents and grandparents read stories at the breakfast table. I also like this source because I do not need the physical paper in my hands to know what is going on in the world. I can receive it via email, or just log into there website whenever I have free time.  https://www.nytimes.com/

As for CNN and USA Today I like how they have both a virtual paper that I can go online and find stories that interest me as well as having a channels on the television that I can listen too while doing things around my dorm. These news sources just as the New York Times also sends me emails on articles they thing I would find interesting based on what I have read before.  https://www.cnn.com/  https://www.usatoday.com/

The final ways I like to get my news are over social media. Apps like Snapchat and Instagram have news features. For Snapchat one of the large news features it has is Daily Mail. It has articles that are broken down so I can read it quickly and on the go. Also because their articles are meant for a younger generation I find them easier to read and understand. Instagram like Snapchat has digital news features. The nice thing about Instagram news is you follow who you want to see stories from and then small blobs will show up in your feed that then you click on to learn more information.  https://www.instagram.com/ https://www.snapchat.com/
